First and foremost...the reason we (our chemists) know so much about cold
processed Aloe Vera Juice...is because they actually invented the process
almost 40 years ago.
Our Natur-Pur Aloe Vera Barbadensis plant is organically grown and is also third
party certified by the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) to be
completely cold processed in an approved facility under 90° from field to
bottle, using only the nutrient rich inner gel & whole leaf of the Aloe
Barbadensis plant.
Natur-Pur Aloe Vera Juice is NEVER concentrated, diluted, dried, or heated. We cold
process all of the whole leaf Aloe Vera plant into the product. Our cold
processing procedure ensures that all of the natural occurring properties of
the Aloe Barbadensis plant, including all of the enzymes, small-large
polysaccharides (betaglucomannans) are 100% fully protected. Our unique
process removes all impurities (<.01ppm) from the inner gel & whole leaf of
the plant without any damaging additives or filtering.
Natur-Pur Aloe Vera Juice is never heated because it denatures the natural enzymes in
the Aloe Vera plant and also causes the artificial breakdown of the
small-large polysaccharides, which are the most active ingredients in the
product.
Natur-Pur Aloe Vera Juice - Cold Processed vs. Concentrate
Today, many companies are "Cutting Costs vs. Quality" to be able to compete
for a slice of the Aloe Vera pie by manufacturing their products in a 10x,
20x & 40x concentration!
Aloe Vera liquid can be concentrated to approximately a 2/1 to 3/1
concentration without harming the structure of the liquid, though you start
to lose some of the 200-plus elements. If you concentrate Aloe Vera more than
that you will begin to loose some of the higher molecular weight
polysaccharides. The most common procedure (CHEAPEST) is to heat the liquid
under a vacuum to boil the water off. The more you boil, the more of the
Aloe Vera particles precipitate so that when enough water is driven off of
the Aloe Vera liquid it makes a 10x, 20x or 40x concentration.
Thus, you are left with a very, very cloudy, dirty and murky looking liquid
in which NO one would purchase...so, the product then must be filtered. By
the time you have a clear drinkable and marketable Aloe Vera liquid, you
have lost a great percentage of the active enzymes and polysaccharides
(not even mentioning the 200+ other elements) that are working together in
the Aloe Vera liquid/plant that make it such an awesome product.
Then, if you reconstitute a concentrate back to a 1/1 product & compare that
reconstituted product to the original product from which it was
concentrated, you will be able to notice the difference. I.E., it's like
comparing "Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice" to "Concentrate" to "Re-Constituted
Concentrate" orange juice. Which would YOU rather have?
If you didn't want (Why I Don't Know) 100% Organically Pure Aloe Vera juice
and you wanted a cheaper concentrate...then the only ultimate cheap
concentrate is in a powdered Aloe Vera. The most common forms are freeze
dried and spray dried. Either form must be made from an already
concentrated liquid to make the procedure economical.
Therefore, as explained above, a "Concentrate or Re-Constituted Concentrate"
is very different from an original 100% Organically Pure 1/1 Aloe Vera
product from which they are made. Thus, a "Concentrated Powder" is just
that much more concentrated than the concentrated liquids and is even more
changed than the cheaper concentrated liquids.
