Air Purifier (Series 400 Home-Office) is the largest of our free standing room air purifiers and is built with an all metal construction cabinet; that can come in either a no-odor powder coat finish or in an all stainless steel cabinet. It uses a large bed of activated carbon standard mix (60% Coconut & 40% Purapel) for removal of allergens, bacteria, cigarette smoke, formaldehyde, fumes, gases, mold, odors, ozone, spores, viruses, VOCs and controls particles with a HEPA filter rated at 0.3 micron efficiency. There is an optional UV-Light available to help disinfect your indoor air that circulates through the system, rapidly killing and reducing airborne allergens, bacteria, cigarette smoke, formaldehyde, fumes, gases, mold, odors, ozone, spores, viruses, VOCs, etc. reducing the probability of human infections. This 1-Year UV-Bulb should be replaced annually.

It has performed extremely well in independent lab tests; and is used and recommended by allergists and environmental doctors nationwide. Normal HEPA life expectancy is 2-3 years, provided pre-filters are changed on a ongoing regular basis (2-3 months). With its quiet operation, can be used in classrooms, dental offices, hospital rooms, offices, schools, veternary clinics, etc. Two speed motor has a low decibel rating on high mode of only (24 @ 3-Feet) and low mode of only (22 @ 3-Feet).

It's set-up with a Mercury Vapor removable carbon tray, and comes standard with the HEPA filter, UV-Light and 6' flexible (adjustable in length) suction duct. This Flexible Duct can be placed on or near the patients chest to directly capture the aerosols, biological particles and mercury vapors before they can spread.
